My name is Pauline Deakin and I am a qualified, BACP registered therapist, trained at Regent's College London and working in Wimbledon and Kingston in South West London.

Update: safely providing therapy to you
We are living in difficult times and you may be feeling particularly isolated or anxious during the current lockdown. In order to continue providing therapy in a safe and secure way I am now only offering online or telephone counselling sessions. I have found this to be a very effective way of working as you can speak to me from your own home, along with allowing more flexibility for the hours I can offer.
Please be assured that I am following the advice given by GDPR and BACP when using technology applications to ensure that any information shared is as secure and confidential as possible. If you have any concerns about online or telephone counselling, please get in touch so I can help answer any questions you may have.
I am also currently offering a reduced rate for key workers and others on lower income, so please let me know if this would be helpful for you.

Each 50-minute counselling session costs £60. This includes the first session and ongoing sessions.
Fees can be paid in cash at the end of the session or in advance by bank transfer.

As a qualified integrative counsellor, I am trained to provide all therapy styles, tailoring my approach to suit your needs.
I can also share simple mindfulness techniques with you which you might find helpful.
